ShonaBefore I worked with Jane I would regularly feel overwhelmed by my work schedule and was in the habit of keeping going until I run out of steam.  This would lead to me doubting myself and my abilities.  Since her input, I have learnt to allow myself time to prioritise myself and to take time to understand my needs by asking ‘what love would have me do next’. Through the coaching, I have got into the habit of meditating and exercising daily, rather than turning to these as coping mechanisms. These habits now help keep me in balance. The overall result, is that I am more focused in my business and more present with my family.
